Pause it, skip it,
or stop whenever you like.
It’s your account and your call. Everything below takes about thirty seconds, and none of it needs an email to us.
Manage my subscriptionSign in with the email you ordered with — we’ll send a six-digit code, there’s no password — then open Subscriptions. If you checked out as a guest, this still works.
Stuck? Email hello@fermeskin.com and a person will sort it out. The gua sha is yours to keep either way.
Skip one
Got enough for now? Skip the next delivery and the one after arrives as normal. Your price doesn’t change.
Pause
Stops deliveries without ending your subscription, and you keep the price you signed up at. Restart whenever you’re ready.
Change the timing
Every 30 days is the default. If that’s too much cream or not enough, move the date to suit you.
Cancel
One button, and there’s no fee for using it. No minimum number of orders either, so you can cancel after your first.
On timing: changes apply to your next order, so make them before your billing date. If an order has already been charged, it’s on its way — email us and we’ll help.
