What you're signing up for

When you choose Subscribe & Save on any Fermeskin product, you agree to be charged automatically every 30 days for the product(s) you subscribed to, at the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. Every subscription order ships free.

Free gifts

If your offer includes a free gift, it ships with your first order only and is not part of your recurring deliveries. It's yours to keep, even if you cancel.

How to cancel, pause, skip, or change timing

Sign in at fermeskin.com/account with the email you used to order (we'll send you a one-time code, no password needed), open Subscriptions, and choose Cancel, Pause, Skip, or change your delivery date. You can also email hello@fermeskin.com and we'll do it for you. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders, so you can cancel after your first order.

Timing

Changes apply to your next order, so make them before your next billing date. Once a renewal has been charged, that order is processed and shipped.

Refunds on renewal orders

If you forgot to cancel and your renewal order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Price changes

If a subscription price ever changes, we'll email you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
